Walter Hall has devoted his professional life to the field of Business Resiliency and is considered to be an expert on the subject by numerous professional organizations including the Contingency Planning Exchange of New York. Walter is a trusted advisor who has over 27 years of experience guiding senior executives in the financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, universities and technology fields.
Walter is currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Eagle Rock Alliance where he manages and delivers engagements involving business continuity planning, disaster recovery analysis and alternate site evaluations, strategic and tactical plans, business impact analyses, technology requirement definitions, recovery plan development and implementations, and Plan tests/exercises/drills.
As a Vice President for Morgan Stanley and Company, Inc., Walter served as senior member of the Corporate Contingency Planning Group and was responsible for the development, testing/maintenance and Guardianship of Global Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for Trading, Investment Banking, Private Client Services, Asset Management and Office of Development.
During this time, Walter developed standards for creating worldwide Business Continuity Plans that are recognized today.
As an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick, Walter combined his strong interpersonal skills with his education from Pace University to assist clients in a variety of industries. His solid work ethic and dedication to improving business processes proved to be an invaluable asset to his clients. Routinely called upon by Business Continuity Professionals, Walter continues to be regarded as one of the top experts in his field.
Walter currently resides in Hackensack, New Jersey with his family and is actively involved in the many efforts of his church and community.
