How to Join
Circles of Color provides a positive, supportive, and structured environment for men and women to further their businesses/services and to help build their communities through face-to-face marketing, internet technology and media. We lead by example.
Building a successful chapter requires commitment. The most successful chapters of COC are comprised of participants who are sincerely committed to helping one another and the community through networking as a team of one. As a participant in COC, you are responsible for complying with the policies and guidelines of the organization*.
A partial list of the policies of COC are listed below:
- Only one exclusive person from each profession is permitted to join a COC Chapter.
- All participants should represent their primary occupation, not a part-time business.
- Attendance is critical. If you cannot attend a meeting, you may send a substitute. This will not count as an absence.
- Visitors and Referrals is important to the growth of the chapter. All chapter members must bring 2 quality visitors and 2 referrals a month.
Our future generations participation in the chapter is a key to the continued success of a group. Members can participate by bringing no more than 2 high school students or younger to their COC Chapter with the knowledge of the president.
Cost
See the Secretary of the chapter you visit for prices. If you apply to participate in COC, your application will be reviewed by the chapter's Membership Committee, and you will be notified of the status by the chapter president before the next meeting. There are annual membership and quarterly chapter fees. |
